The Faster, Smarter alternative to Traditional Pet ID Tags
When a pet goes missing, speed matters. Traditional engraved tags are often hard to read, contain outdated information, and provide no alerts. Microchips require a vet or shelter visit. GPS trackers need charging and ongoing fees.
Lost&Found Smart tags is designed for real Australian conditions and real Australian pet owners. Every tag is made to withstand weather, outdoor play, beach trips, and everyday wear. The online profile is securely hosted and allows complete control over your pet’s information.

Why Traditional Pet ID Tags Aren’t Enough
Most pets are found by ordinary people, not by vets or shelters. The problem is that traditional identification is slow, unreliable, or both.
- Engraved tags are tiny, hard to read on a moving pet, and often show outdated details. They never notify you when someone finds your pet.
- Microchips are essential, but they require a vet or shelter visit and a compatible scanner. That can take hours or days.
- GPS trackers are bulky, expensive, and depend on charged batteries and ongoing subscription fees.
- AirTags were not designed for pets and rely on nearby iPhones to work.
None of these gives a finder an effortless way to contact you in seconds and notify you at the same time.

Got Questions About Our Smart Tags?

Everything you need to know about Lost&Found subscription-free pet ID tags.
How does it compare to AirTags and GPS trackers?
Apple does not recommend using AirTags for Pets as they depend on multiple smart devices to establish an accurate location. They are also often limited to one size and can be bulky for small pets.
GPS trackers require good access to the mobile network and can be very useful when a pet isn’t moving around too much, however recommended pet trackers cost $150 or more and require the battery to be replaced at some point.
Many GPS trackers come with a monthly or annual subscription fee.
What is RPBA?
Responsible Pet Breeders Australia (RPBA) was founded on the principle that all dog and cat breeders and owners should have a platform to share their voice and ensure the well being of cats and dogs, to be treated ethically, with love and care, regardless of whether they are purebred or not. The aim of RPBA is to ensure the absolute best conditions/upbringing for all dogs and cats that are bred and sold, for the welfare of the animals and new owners alike. RPBA members (and their customers) get access to thousands of dollars of savings from animal related businesses across Australia.
